Responsibilities:

  • • Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents.
    • Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company.
    • Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses.
    • Draft and report financial presentations.
    • Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking off quantities, variation orders and project cost control.
  • Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
  • Pre-contract work includes analyzing and summarizing scope of tender, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors where necessary, preparation of BQ, pricing and submission of tenders.
  • Post-contract work and follow up with consultants on payment certificates.
  • Evaluation of tenders and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Attend site valuation for internal claims and site measurement when necessary.
  • Prepare estimation and taking off quantities for construction.

    

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in relevant field for senior position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documentation, report, data preparation and drawing interpretation.
  • Review project drawing and resolve technical problems promptly.
  • Planning, implementation and monitoring the entire construction process.
  • Assist in resolving all technical and site issues.
  • Assist on overall construction site planning, construction activities, operation and completion the work on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all technical and engineering aspect of the building project meet customer’s and statutory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety measures and procedures are in accordance with environmental, safety and health statutory acts and regulations.
  • To advise Project Management Team regarding quality, safety and environmental issues.
  • Interact and liaise with local authorities and client to ensure compliance with statutory and other requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections, accident/incident investigations, hazard identifications, risk assessments, risk control measures.
  • Manage the overall Safety & Health activities at construction site.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or Certificate of completion in NIOSH for Safety & Health Officer or in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or equivalent.
  • Prefer applicants with YELLOW BOOK / GREEN BOOK.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
  • Knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health related legislation, regulations and practices.
  • Knowledge in construction safety measures.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with project team to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality and cost
  • Perform site quality audit at relevant project to assess site compliance in accordance to specification, follow up on non-conformance’s and identify areas of improvement.
  • Plan and conduct training on quality related topics to promote awareness that strive for better product quality.
  • Monitor the development, implementation and maintenance of the project quality system.
  • Gather, compile and analyse relevant quality data and make recommendation for improvement.

  • Degree/ Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • Assist in project planning, organizing and cost control by monitoring site work and progress.
  • Coordinate with all project heads and site personnel on the effectiveness of project operation to ensure the work schedule meet targeted deadlines.
  • Facilitate good communication, feedback and motivation among construction team.
  • Assist in liaising with consultants, clients and project manager to ensure smooth execution of work and effiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.
  • Responsible to resolve any technical and site issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Work closely with management, contract department and all other divisions to establish and control project budget, claims, manpower mobilisation plan in order to complete the work on time and maintain highest quality.
  • Facilitate good communication, feedback and motivation among construction team.
  • Lead a working team to establish and control all construction issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet customers’ and statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction activities, management, operation, all relevant report, site meeting and completion of work on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality control policy, in accordance with specifications standards, quality guidance, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.
  • Responsible to resolve any technical issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in highrise building construction and landed.
  • Preferably managers specializing in Engineering – Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
